On harmonica, I create a rich, pure, clear sound that has been compared to both
a solo violin and a human voice.
Accompanying myself on acoustic guitar, I perform original compositions as well as
traditional melodies of the Appalachian Mountains and British Isles. Many of these
tunes appear on my CD, "Across the Blue Mountains."
Walker is genuinely talented as a writer of appealing melodies...
One instrumental, 'Martha,' has one of the most delicately lovely
new melodies this reviewer has heard in many a year.
